Our party room is available for rental, whether you are a member or non-member. It can accommodate up to 50 people comfortably. Tables and chairs are available for your use, also a small prep area with a sink and small counter top are on premises if you need them.
Fees:
Social-Members: $100.00 + $50.00 security deposit
Non-Members: $150.00 + $50.00 security deposit

ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE DONE WITH THE CLUBS STEWARD, BARTENDERS MAY LET YOU KNOW IF DATES ARE AVAILABE AND SHOW YOU THE ROOM BUT BOOKINGS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT AND A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT ARE RETURNED TO THE CLUB STEWARD
BACK ROOM RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. The rental of the back room is for a period of 4 hours, 50 people maximum party size. At the conclusion of your event, all guests must vacate the building, unless already social members.
2. ALL VISITORS of your event MUST remain in the back room during the event unless they are using the restroom facilities or purchasing beverages at the bar. The only exception to this rule is if the person is a member and can provide their membership card for verification.
3. The “renter of the room” (person signing this agreement) MUST remain on the property until all visitors of their party have vacated the building.
4. Please clean up at the end of your event, this includes, sweeping, mopping (if necessary) trash removal, and returning tables and chairs to their storage area. Trash bags are to be placed in the outside dumpsters. Please recycle.
5. Do not use any thumb tacks on the walls.
6. Absolutely NO alcoholic beverages are permitted to exit the building via the ramp door and the ramp door IS NOT to be propped open for any reason, congregating outside the ramp door is also prohibited. Smoking is permitted by exiting the main door or by visiting the patio. NO GLASS IS PERMITTED OUTSIDE.
7. You MAY NOT bring in or supply your own outside beverages, this includes soda, water, beer and liquor. Permitted items include juices, milk, and coffee.
8. All patrons purchasing alcoholic beverages will be asked to provide a valid state ID if the bartender feels necessary. The renter of the room certifies that they will be responsible for any guest under the age of 21. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 IS PERMITTED TO CONSUME ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
9. You MAY bring in any type of food for your event.
10. You will be held liable for any damages or additional cleaning fees following your event. If your security deposit is withheld you will receive an explanation along with any additional fees, if required.
11. An event lasting more than 4 hours may be requested but MUST be done in writing explaining your event and submitted a minimum of 90 days in advance of the requested date along with your application and payment. Additional charges may be incurred.
12. You will be permitted access to the room a minimum of 1 hour prior to your event. You will also be given 1 hour following your event to clean up.
13. The pool table is not removable. But can be used as additional table space provided the sheet of plywood and plastic cover are over it. The pool table MAY NOT be set up and used during your event.
